Opportunities to Serve

Board of Directors

CICSA Co-operative Credit Union is governed by the Board of Directors: a group of credit union members that serve on a voluntary basis to guide and sustain our organization, and to represent the interests of their fellow members.

Credit Committee

Members also volunteer for the Credit Committee: a group of members that review and act on loan applications.

Supervisory Committee

Members also volunteer for the Supervisory Committee: a group of members that provide oversight on the financial reporting process, audit process and the Credit Unions system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.

Nominees are elected by their fellow credit union members at the Annual General Meeting, which takes place each year in November.
