We are proud to announce that the CICSA Co-op Credit Union is officially on its way to a new world in banking technology! Recently, Ms. Patricia Estwick, CEO, and Mr. Ben Webster, CIO, together with the Board of Directors and Senior Managers signed a deal with Smart Solution for its core banking system, Universa which uses industry-best practices and cutting-edge technology necessary to move the Credit Union forward.

This upgraded technology will advance the teller system, lending operations, debt collection, chart of accounts, and accounts payable. It will also enhance our reporting and compliance monitoring capabilities. Another very exciting part of Universa is that it will greatly enhance our online banking capabilities as well as enable mobile banking and multi-currency transactions.
