There are two easy ways to submit your request: simply visit our online request submission page using the "Submit" option below, or download and complete the PDF form from our website and email it to [email protected]. Depending on the nature of your request, a Source of Funds form may also be required.

On March 3rd, 2022 the Credit Union introduced our enhanced digital services through CUonline. With this enhanced service, the Credit Union will no longer allocate your funds to pay your loan(s) or credit other accounts.
Loan payments sent online are to be transferred to the Credit Union a minimum of 3 days before your loan is due. All loan payments are due on the 30th monthly.
Funds received will be deposited to your saving account and will need to be allocated using CUonline.
Please remember to complete the Consumer Field when submitting transfers or bill payments using the following format:
CICSA Account # – CICSA Member Name
Example: Acct 123 – Jane Doe

Reference Letters are available to all members as official confirmation of their financial history and standing with the Credit Union. Standard Reference Letters are available within 3 business days, with a same-day service option available for an additional fee. Permanent Residence/Caymanian Status Reference Letters are available at a fee of CI$75.00 and are processed within 3 business days only. Same-day service is not available for this letter type.
