Submit Your Request

There are two easy ways to submit your request: simply visit our online request submission page using the "Submit" option below, or download and complete the PDF form from our website and email it to [email protected]. Depending on the nature of your request, a Source of Funds form may also be required.

To ensure your security, a Credit Union representative will contact you by phone or via the verified email address we have on file to validate your request before processing.

Completion & Confirmation
Once your identity has been verified and all documents are in order, the requested CUconvenience service will be processed, and a confirmation will be sent to you.

Bank Transfers

You are Now in Control of Your Finances!


On March 3rd, 2022 the Credit Union introduced our enhanced digital services through CUonline. With this enhanced service, the Credit Union will no longer allocate your funds to pay your loan(s) or credit other accounts.


Loan payments sent online are to be transferred to the Credit Union a minimum of 3 days before your loan is due.  All loan payments are due on the 30th monthly.


Funds received will be deposited to your saving account and will need to be allocated using CUonline.

Internal Funds Transfer
Our Internal Funds Transfer service allows members to move funds quickly and securely using CUconvenience. Whether you're transferring between your own accounts or to another member, we make it easy to get it done.

To request a transfer through CUconvenience:
• Complete the transfer slip.
• Email the completed form to [email protected].

When will my transfer be completed?
• Requests received before 11:00 AM will be ready for collection by 3:00 PM the same business day.
• Requests received after 11:01 AM will be ready for collection by 10:00 AM the next business day.
