Account Print-Outs

To request an official signed print-out, please email CUconvenience@creditunion.ky stating:

• Your Member Number;
• Your Name;
• The Accounts you wish to be printed (Saving, Share, Loan, or All Accounts);
• The Date or Date Range;
• Advise if you wish for your print-out to be collected or emailed.

When will my Account Print-Out be Ready for Collection?

• Requests received before 11 am will be emailed or ready for collection from our CUconvieniance desk by 3 pm on the day of the request.
• Requests received after 11:01 am will be emailed or ready for collection from our CUconvieniance desk by 10 am the following business day.
