Automatic Transfers

Do you need to set-up, amend or cancel an internal automatic transfer between your Credit Union account(s) or another Credit Union account?

  • Complete the Internal Automatic Transfer Request form here;
  • Your signature on the Automatic Transfer Request forms will need to be witnessed by a Credit Union staff member, Justice of the Peace, or a Notary Public.
  • Forms can be delivered to our CUconvenience desk or emailed to CUconvenience@creditunion.ky

When will my Automatic Transfer be created/amended/cancelled?

  • Requests received before 11 am will be created/amended/cancelled by 3 pm on the day of the request.
  • Requests received after 11:01 am will be created/amended/cancelled by 10 am the following business day.
