Whether you have a  suggestion, compliment or complaint, we welcome your feedback!

Who May Provide Feedback:

Any member or prospective member directly affected positively or negatively by how the Credit Union has carried out its functions.

How to File Feedback:

Member Feedback can be submitted by the following means:

  • Online, by clicking on the relevant blue button below;
  • Verbally, in person or by telephone; or
  • In branch,  placed in the box provided in the lobby.

We encourage all Members to provide sufficient details allowing us to investigate the feedback fully.

Feedback submitted anonymously may not be resolved to the member's satisfaction.

The Credit Union acknowledges that when in receipt of sensitive data as deļ¬ned by the Credit Unions Data Protection Privacy Statement, the employee in receipt of the feedback will assess whether disclosure of the sensitive data is necessary for processing. Should this be the case, the Credit Union will seek consent from the member.

The Credit Union will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 24 hours of receipt.
