Protecting our Members and Employees is our Priority

The  Credit Union is taking precautions to protect our members and staff from the outbreak of the coronavirus.

With the COVID-19 pandemic strongly impacting the way we live our lives, we want to share the actions we’re taking.

As we keep the health and well-being of our members and staff a priority, we highly encourage you to utilize our contactless banking options: ATM, Online Deposits and Email Requests.

If you visit a branch lobby, please keep in mind the additional safeguards in place to help reduce the potential for exposure and spread of COVID-19.

We kindly ask that you do your part to follow the guidelines below.

  • Social Distancing. To assist in maintaining the six-foot social distancing guidelines, we will utilize floor decals to protect our members. Signs will also be placed as a reminder for those entering our branches.
  • Wear a Mask. We require members and visitors to wear a mask while in our branches. To verify identity and for security purposes, members and visitors may be asked to pull down their masks when visiting our branches. Protective germ barriers have been installed at each active teller window.
  • Practice Good Hygiene. Hand sanitization stations are available to individuals as they enter our branches.  
  • Feeling sick? Stay home. For the safety of our members and staff, please do not visit branch lobbies if you are feeling ill to avoid spreading any sickness. Our contactless banking options make it easy to access and manage your account. We highly encourage you to utilize our contactless banking options: 
    • ATM,
    • Online Deposits, and 
    • Email Requests.

Like many other institutions throughout the Cayman Islands, our Credit Union has been affected by the recent increase in COVID-19 cases.

Due to staff shortages associated with isolation requirements for the family members of our employees, our turnaround times may be slower. We kindly request your patience during this time as we strive to serve you.

How to Access Your Account

Please visit a branch if you absolutely must, but keep in mind most of your everyday transactions – check deposits, checking your account balance and transferring funds – can all be done without visiting a branch.

Cash Withdrawal from Share Acct. Transfer funds to saving acct. by a transfer request sent to member.services@cicsacu.com.ky and access funds through our ATM.
Cheque Withdrawal Visit our Branch.
Cheque Deposit Through our ATM or Cheque Deposit Box located in our branch lobby.
